Westchester Services was offered an opportunity to assist a mid-sized national tower company that had a contract from a major carrier to build 19 new towers along several highway corridors in Northeast Ohio.
Westchester Services, as a one-source-solution, was able to identify candidates, secure leases, and work with 5 different counties to secure zoning and building permits.
From search ring to pre-construction services such as FAA approval, power and fiber coordination, soil borings, tower foundation design and construction documents, to construction management services, Westchester Services had the sites built and ready for the tenant on time and under budget.
