Project Management: Utility Coordination

Project Summary

Westchester Services LLC was asked by a prominent tower company to help them manage their growing utility coordination project.

This project provided a unique opportunity for our team by helping a long-time company with our skills in management. The goal was to get the companies utility vendors back on schedule to prevent any delays on construction. Westchester was asked to work as a contractor under the company banner of our client because of our knowledge of utility coordination. Saving them time and money on locating or hiring a new employee, we cut the training by half.

Westchester provided professionalism regarding their processes and procedures. We managed and took over scheduled deployment calls updated their data base with notes. Escalating issues within the company as well as carriers to help complete utility coordination. In addition, we processed purchase orders for vendors working with their internal project managers and accounting department. With our help we were able to set our client back on track completed utility coordination for sites correctly for construction.
